Game 2 - East Cobb (Ga.) vs. Midland (Ohio)

The Florida Legends just finished their 6-3 victory over the Arizona Finest, setting the stage for the marquee matchup of the evening - and possibly of the tournament - as the East Cobb (Ga.) Yankees face the Midland (Ohio) Redskins in a rematch of the 2007 championship game. Before they get under way, they are going to do the opening ceremonies where each of the teams is introduced to the almost-capacity crowd here at Ricketts Park, and the teams are assembling in the outfield as I speak (type?). There was just an impromptu fly-by by a plane making its approach to Four Corners Regional Airport, so the stage truly is set. Keep your Web browsers here on the blog all night for the latest.
