Holiday Laziness

I will not be posting during the next several days.

I know, I know, it's not like I've been posting regularly during the holidays in the first place. I was going to write a major Thursday grab bag on Christmas Eve, but I ended up going to Durango after work and having the most delicious duck I've ever eaten.

I guess I'm not too lazy -- tomorrow will mark the 12th day in a row of work -- but I am returning to Alabama for the first time in a year to see my family.

I've found that I spend less and less time in front of the mirror the more I work. Somehow I've made time to get a hair cut and shave the past few days, so hopefully I won't look like a homeless/cave man.

Prep sports should start back tomorrow with Shiprock girls basketball playing on the road, but it'll still be a quiet week.

Enjoy the bowl season! I'm 4-6 with my picks so far after a horrible start, but I've gone 3-1 the past two days so maybe my luck will change.

I'm going to enjoy a few days to myself and then come back strong. One of my New Year's resolutions will be to do a better job of posting frequently to the blog.

Happy holidays and I hope you've had a merry Christmas.

Stay true and keep pounding,
Christopher
